V. James Grieco is a graduate of John Carroll University. Prior to entering public accounting in 1979, Jim was a field agent for the Internal Revenue Service. He became a partner in the accounting firm Wolf Grieco & Company in 1979, Arnold N. Schorn & Co., LLC in 1999 and Grieco & Adelman LLC in 2012. Jim has over 40 years of experience in tax, audit and accounting. Jim is also the partner in charge of the continuing education program for the firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Jim is an avid baseball fan. He has been a baseball coach for a youth team for several years.

Ann C. Adelman is a graduate of Mundelein College. She graduated in 1986 and passed the CPA exam in 1987. Ann began part time employment with Arnold N. Schorn & Co. in 1984 and full time after graduation. She has over 35 years of experience in audit, accounting and tax preparation. Her specialization areas are Not-for-profits, Governmental and HUD engagements. Ann became partner at Arnold N. Schorn & Co., LLC in 2011 and then Grieco & Adelman LLC in 2012. Ann is the partner in charge of the firm's peer review program. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society and the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, she donates her time and expertise in various church and school activities and enjoys spending time with family.

Thomas O’Toole is a graduate of Marquette University, a recipient of the Evans Scholarship and passed the CPA exam in 1985. He joined Wolf, Grieco & Co. in 1985 and continued as tax manager with the merger into Arnold N. Schorn & Co., LLC in 1999. Tom has retained this position at Grieco & Adelman LLC. He specializes in tax, audit, reviews and accounting. He has been a coach in several sports and is an avid golf enthusiast.

Timothy W Adelman, Jr is a graduate of Miami University. He graduated from Miami University in 2016. Tim received his Master's of Science Taxation from DePaul University in 2017. Tim passed the CPA exam in 2018. Tim joined Grieco & Adelman LLC in June of 2021. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Tim specializes in Audit and Taxation. Tim enjoys Chicago sports teams and golf.

Leslie J Kotrba, CPA has over 25 years experience in the fields of accounting & taxation. She earned a BBA (Bachelors of Business Administration) in Public Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) as well as the Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) where she is on the IRS Tax Practice & Procedures Committee which deals with all current IRS representation issues in the areas of exam (audit) and collection. Leslie has published articles in the semi-monthly ICPAS' email newsletter (Practice Advantage) as well as served as a speaker at several Illinois CPA Society events and Tax Conferences. Leslie has also served on task forces responsible for drafting comments to the IRS regarding proposed regulations. Leslie has full license privileges to represent clients before the IRS (both examination and collection) and has successfully resolved many clients' exam and collection issues.

Since 1998, Christine has worked with the firm preparing tax returns for individuals, businesses, gift as well as Federal and Illinois Estate tax returns. Christine is licensed attorney in the State of Illinois working in the areas of estate and business planning. She further assists clients with resolution of issues with the Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Revenue including spousal relief, installment agreements and offers in compromise.
